Groomer Report

CADILLAC AREA UPDATE via Coyote Crossing Resort – 12/08

Pete’s trail report from earlier today:

“Hello- Trails are pretty good at this point with 10″ plus on ground around Coyote. Rode around much of our system last night and over towards Wellston and found conditions surprisingly good. Please ride conservative these next few days to try and build a little base before the warm-up this weekend. I don’t expect that we will fare very well after the upcoming warmth? Groomers have decided to stay put for now, as tractors may do more harm than good.

Coyote will be open today around 1 pm. Please be careful and take time to pick up any down limbs on trails to help out our volunteer drivers. Hopefully the forecast is wrong and we can build a decent base. THINK SNOW! Pete”

========================================================

We have two new trails for you to discover this year–Trail 373 east of the Caberfae Trail Parking Lot and a connector trail (Trail 37) between Mesick and Copemish along the railroad grade.

STAGING AREAS:  Check out our website (address below) for directions  to our staging areas.

PLEASE REMEMBER we have been asked by the State Park folks to stay off the White Pine Trail until there is at least four inches of snow on it…Let’s all respect this request. Thanks!

If you haven’t already purchased your TRAIL PERMIT, now is a good time to do it.  Trail permit dollars help keep the groomers running and the trails brushed and signed.
